Ketan Babaria is Chief Digital Officer at eHealth, a leading private online health insurance marketplace that helps consumers confidently navigate their health benefit decisions. In this role, Ketan leads eHealth’s product, technology and AI teams, with a focus on improving the consumer experience and driving digital transformation at scale.   

He brings over 20 years of experience leading innovation initiatives spanning startups and Fortune 500 companies, and he is routinely quoted in national media discussing the intersection of technology, customer experience and business. Before joining eHealth in 2023, Ketan served as Chief Product Officer at M1 Finance, where he oversaw the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth and profitability. Prior to that, Ketan was Chief Product Officer at Roofstock, Head of Product at LifeLock, and Senior Director and Head of Product at D3 Incubation Unit at Capital One.

Ketan holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley. He also has an MS in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland and a BS in Ocean Engineering & Naval Architecture from the Indian Institute of Technology. He lives in the San Francisco area, where he enjoys hiking, reading and spending time with his family.
